from the state of Louisiana and either of them should
be personally available to obtain the license from
the authority. There is a three-day waiting period
from the time the license is issued. It's legally
impossible to marry in United States without obtaining
the license. Remember the state Govt. of the place
where you are marrying can only issue your license

Travel Arrangements: Whether you are going for a wedding
trip or planning for an exotic honeymoon jaunt, make
sure your travel arrangement are fully met. You can
make bookings on your own but it is recommended to
take the services of a travel agent. Your airline
reservation, hotel booking, local traveling etc. have
to be tentatively arranged so you should enjoy your
outing and not falling for the extra effort for these
chores.
Hire A Wedding Planner: When you fly into New Orleans
for your wedding, take that for a surprise the amount
of things you are supposed to do for a trouble free
ceremony. Or out of compulsion hire a wedding planner
(agent) who is a ready answer to your every problem.
